The entire sales process was a breeze! Traded in our Grand Cherokee for a new lease. Roy handled our appraisal over the phone. He came in lower than we expected on the price! This is our third Grand Cherokee lease so we knew what kind of numbers to expect. Everything was ready to go; a short test drive and quick paperwork love that computer signing of documents. Needed a recall and state inspection. Also, there were a couple of tires showing low pressure. They completely ignored the tire issue, despite indicating that a multi point inspection had been done.
He answered all our questions and was eager and willing to help. I felt comfortable talking with him. We settled on a good price and it fits my budget perfectly.

Before all this, I actually visited on Sat and left after being left alone for over 45 mins by Kevin. He made my purchase go smoothly. He was prompt, professional, and honest, three things I appreciate. We are from out of state and bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee sight unseen. We came to a reasonable agreement for purchase and delivery.

While waiting in line they first quoted me a time of for the completion time of the oil change. Once I made into the building they told me that they could have my oil change done around pm. Not very express if you ask me. He worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and the process of picking up the vehicle and finalizing the deal was smooth and efficient. The finance process was also fast and easy.
This has been my best vehicle buying experience by far! Bottom Line, I will be going elsewhere to get the work done on my vehicle. I can deal with that!! I recommend this dealership to everyone.
I was trying to call ahead to make sure they had time to do my oil change. I finally make it there and Sam tells me "No we aren't doing your oil change. You should have got here around 1pm.
Came in and drove, signed and left. Will come back. I had a scheduled appointment at am and I arrived 10 mins prior to the scheduled time. I waited 2 and a half hours to get a simple oil change completed and their compensation for my wait was a free car rinse! Got the best price in the state with no haggling or pressure to spend more.
I sent pictures of my trade in and they gave me a fair price. Went in to have a recall checked. It was fixed, washed, returned quickly. Friendly staff. Sammual and Robert both are great to work with. I made an online service appt and then I was immediately routed to a vulture in the sales department. Once I told them I had no interest in speaking to anyone in the sales department, my service appt disappeared.
I had to call in and make a manual appt.
I go up there and the advisor forgot to make my car a ticket. I can't believe it!
Go see him he will take care of you. We got the car we wanted at the price we needed. Finance worked with us as well to get us an interest rate we needed. He knows everything about everything haha definitely the guy to see when purchasing a vehicle! Nestor was fantastic! No return calls then a month later and many bad reviews a rude lady with attitude Shannon Gray calls back. This dealership lies they don't return calls and very shady. There are many other dealerships save your self do not buy from Meador!! Check engine light came on. Vehicle still in warranty. Stopped by the dealership to see if they could scan to see why the light came on -- is it serious or not.
Was told that they would not do that. I would have to make an appointment. So I did. It was 2 weeks out.
